Almost Ready to Fly

In only a week, the baby robins have changed so much. Okay, so I think they were born two weeks ago, but still. They are no longer the featherless cute (and yet ugly) babies. They have most of their feathers now and are crowding the entire nest. Hard to believe that initially with the first batch of babies, that nest helf four when three fill it so full.

It’s almost hard to believe that these ARE baby robins. They don’t really look like robins as their feathers aren’t quite the right color yet. And since we can’t see their stomachs, it’s hard to tell if they have the red breasts or not yet.
