And here it is, part four, the grand finale in all it’s full-color glory. It was another spectacular sunset. The sky was getting darker, the sun almost completely behind the trees and that’s when it put on it’s pink, purple, orange, and yellow. Parts of the sky really looked like they were on fire thanks to the blend of all of these colors.
This is reminiscent of the sunset that I used for my 2012 calendar shot for August. Wonderfully brilliant. I was pleased that even with the dying light the colors still turned out vibrant and gorgeous. Also, one of my favorite parts of these were the stray wispy clouds that can be seen. I don’t know why, but they were cool to me. And I like the kind of spider web effect in the southwestern part of the sky (the last two pictures).
